The development is located on 42 Market Street, Bridgwater, Somerset TA6 3EP and lies in the centre of Bridgwater less than 100 meters from the High Street and 25 meters from the town’s Angel Place shopping arcade.

Development  

Axeus Homes third development project was the design and build of a purpose built three storey block of apartments of contemporary design.

The development comprised: 

• Seven one-bedroom apartments, 4 of which were 41 sqm and 3 of which were 46 sqm
• One two-bedroom apartment of 56 sqm
• Two two-bedroom top floor penthouse apartments of 83 sqm each

 
The spacious apartments benefited from floor to ceiling windows providing ample natural light and a substantial rear garden for the ground floor apartments.
