The development is located in an historic and established area of Bridgwater, close to the town centre and the River Parratt. Blake Street a cul-de-sac of primarily period properties and the Admiral Blake Museum adjoins Blake Street to the immediate south.

Axeus Homes fourth development project was the design and complete refurbishment of a historical Grade II Listed Building in the heart of the town centre.

All properties were of varying sizes and each retained key historical features of the Listed Building.

The building is a 4-storied Victorian brick-built structure constructed in several stages comprising two adjoining buildings with the original central structure dating to the 16th century.

Axeus Homes obtained detailed Planning Consent to convert the existing building into eight sympathetically designed and spacious apartments.
