Bridgwater is a large historic market town in Somerset, England and the development lies on the eastern side of Bridgwater, approximately half a mile from the town centre, in a predominantly residential area. 

Development  

Axeus Homes first development project was the construction of five 3-bedroom terrace houses at Linden Court, Bridgwater. 

• Two 3-bedroom end of terrace well-designed and generous homes extended to 93 sqm internal area each 
• Three 3-bedroom mid-terrace houses extending across 87 sqm internal area each 

The homes were two storeys high, facing the main road with parking spaces situated adjacent to the rear garden. 

The freehold site of approximately 0.3 acres was formerly a petrol station, owned by BP and was decommissioned with the removal of all below ground installations and 3370 tonnes of soil containing elevated concentrations of hydrocarbons.
